Shinjuku, 1983. A member of the Kaeda Yakuza gang, Akutsu Jouji, has lost in a brawl with a university cheering squad, and begs for forgiveness through bitter tears. Since then, nothing has gone well in Jouji's life, until 10 years later in 1993, his friend was ordered to kill him, and as he ran away he killed himself, ending his miserable life. But when Jouji opened his eyes, he was in Shinjuku in 1983, at the fight with the university students that caused things to go wrong. Now with ten more years of memories and experience, Jouji repels the university students with spirit and wisdom. Now he swears to wear a gold emblem around town, and begins his life anew.

The story is in the motif of Japanese classic novel Night on the Galactic Railroad (Ginga Tetsudo no Yoru) written by Miyazawa Kenji, set in a high school and its literary club. Inoue Konoha, a second-year high school boy who suffers a trauma, is one day partly forced to join the literary club by the club president Amano Tooko. Amano Tooko, a high school senior who calls herself the Literary Girl (Bungaku Shoujo), is actually a spectre that devours stories — she tears pages from books to munch on them. Every day thus Konoha writes stories for Tooko to eat. He once wrote an award-winning novel, but he wrote it under the pen-name Inoue Miu so readers thought the author was a mysterious 14-year-old bishoujo novelist. Following his trauma he stopped writing at once, but forced to provide Tooko's snacks, he starts writing again. And so the two live a peaceful everyday life. However, one day the origin of his trauma, a girl named Asakura Miu, appears in front of him...

Koichiro Kamishiro is on a rather esoteric mission: he seeks the Message of God. The interesting thing is, he is very close to finding it. While this philanthropic archaeologist has only the most noble designs on putting the Message to use, the myriad message-seeking maniacs on his trail are not quite so benign. They will stop at nothing to acquire the Crystal Triangle he has discovered, which seems to be the crucial instrument in making the long-elusive Message at last available. The characters introduced Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach, Bowser, and his Koopalings during the fairy tales. Each fairy tale shown in anime consists of about 15 minutes. The three Japanese fairy tales contain; Momotaro, Issunboshi, and Snow White.

The story is about two characters, Akanemaru, a sculpture genius, and ex-burglar Gao whose only purpose in life is sculpting, and how they struggle with the fate to compete with each other over their capacity and talent.

Keroro is a frog-like alien sent from his home planet on a mission to conquer Earth. But then his cover is blown, his battalion abandons him and he ends up in the home of the Hinata family where he becomes friends with Fuyuki and gradually starts to forget about his mission, enjoying life on earth.It is a day just like any other when Keroro skips out on simulated battle training in favor of buying the newest Gundam model with Fuyuki. On their way home, they stumble upon a hidden shrine, where they end up causing damage to a shining orb uppon exploring it. That night, Keroro finds a big X on his face, which causes him considerable distraught. The next morning, a breaking news story shows that the X has spread to more than just Keroro, giving the people of Tokyo telepathic abilities, including the Hinata Household and the Keroro Platoon. The Earthlings seem to think this is a great gift, but the mark may actually be part of a Pekopon invasion older than time itself.

After a battle with a high-tech villain named, Saiko-Tek, the Teen Titans travel to the city of Tokyo where they find themselves embroiled in a conflict with an ancient enemy.

High school freshman Hiromi joins the tennis club because of her admiration for Ryuzaki. Ryuzaki is a senior, who's the best tennis player on the team and also nicknamed "Ochoufujin", ("Madame Butterfly"), because of her elegance on the tennis court. However, the new coach, Jin Munakata, wants the inexperienced Hiromi to play in a forthcoming tournament. Due to this, Hiromi considers quitting tennis for good but, in the depth of her soul, she soon realizes that she loves tennis after all. She returns to the club and, under Munakata's coaching, her talent starts to bloom. In the end, Hiromi develops a strong emotional bond with her coach, not knowing that Munakata is risking his life because of a chronic illness.

Layton receives a letter from the famed opera singer, Jenis Quatlane, inviting them to see her newest performance. She also asks Layton, Luke and Remi for assistance in a mystery, saying her friend Melina died one year ago, but returned later as a seven year old girl saying she had found the secret of eternal life, and she also knew all the secrets that only the true Melina could know. Naturally, the case fascinates Layton and his apprentice, so they head to the Crown Petone opera house, but Remi stays in London, searching for some girls that went missing in there. The opera was about a lost kingdom, The Kingdom of Immortals; once, there was a beautiful queen that loved music. She was beloved by everyone in the kingdom. But one day, the queen became very ill. The people of the kingdom toiled to find a cure, but medicine couldn’t help. The queen finally passed away, and right after, the cure was completed: A potion for immortality. The people of the kingdom deeply lamented for the death of their queen. In order to the meet reincarnated queen again, they decided to become immortal, using the just-completed immortality nostrum. Abrosia's Kingdom is still somewhere in this world, waiting for its queen to return, and then, she will sing forever. After the spectacle finishes, a masked men appears, and proposes something to the audience: "Let's play a game"- he says- "The winner, will have eternal life. The losers, will have to die." Lupin, the master thief/spy/Jack of all Trades, has been executed, but he is still alive, and not even Lupin himself knows how that is possible. While trying to figure out, however, he and his gang are thrust into a conspiracy involving clones, Lupin's un-trustworthy rival Fujiko, and a miniature madman's plot to take over the world.

Two advanced civilizations, the Paranoids (a race of alien humanoids) and the Solenoids (who are all women) are waging a war that has gone on for centuries. When the Solenoid fleet leaves a battle to defend an experimentally terraformed world from the Paranoids, one damaged Solenoid ship, the Star Leaf, is separated from the fleet. Only seven women remain alive on the ship: Eluza, the captain, Rabby, the solid more or less main character, Lufy, the brash pilot, Catty, the mysterious science officer, Pony, the pink-haired ditzy tech, Patty, a solid crew member, and Remy, the cute one. After narrowly escaping the battle, the crew of the Star Leaf decides to continue with their orders and rendezvous at planet Chaos to defend it. It turns out, however, that their ship is the subject of a Paranoid experiment. In the end, it is up to the remaining crew Star Leaf to defend the artificial paradise of Chaos from the Paranoid fleet and the plans of the Solenoid leaders.
