Episode 1 Plot: With her romance over, Retsuko fills the void with a virtual boyfriend, Seiya the unicorn, but her savings get hit massively when she gets reckless with in-game purchases. With her savings in critical condition, she survives by only eating bread crusts. Meanwhile, Haida worries about being single for a long time, which he is hanging out with Anai, learning that he is creating a cookbook with his girlfriend. When Retsuko's mother asks her out, Retsuko happily agrees, using the trip to finally eat well and get money from her mother. But, things goes south when she inadvertently backs into a parked minivan car.
