Episode 5 Plot: Heang-dea returns with medicine for Tae-yeon. Yona visits the injured merchants, who are being treated in the town, and resolves to not let the wind tribe get involved in the conflict. She humbly thanks Tae-yeon and chases after Hak, convincing him to take her with him. Mun-deok directs them to find a priest who is said to be able to foresee the future of the Kingdom of Kouka. As they are traveling, Yona and Hak are spotted heading toward the northern mountains, and Lord Tae-Jun sends his troops after them. Hak is shot by a poison arrow and leaves Yona in a hidden spot to go fight the soldiers alone. Yona knocks down an archer about to kill Hak and confronts Tae-Jun.
