Episode 3 Plot: Kyotarou starts to draft a grim fantasy manga. When Kyotarou visits the hospital with a headache, he discovers Anna there suffering from a stomachache. He is aroused by the smell of the blouse Anna left behind and is asked by the nurse to return it. In class, some boys ask Kyotarou to give Anna a lewd note. Instead, Kyotarou discards the illustration of his manga protagonist that resembles her. When Anna is hurt while playing basketball, he pursues her to the hospital with the intention of killing her. He realizes he loves Anna when he overhears her sobbing over how her nose ruined a significant picture shoot and he notices she has retained his drawing. Kyotarou leaves tissues as a gift as her nose continues to hurt. He is glad to see her smiling once more. (Written by Amir Sayeed)
