Episode 5 Plot: Namie is seen watching a video of Izaya before stopping in disgust of his words. She is later narrating her love for her younger brother Seiji and how the world isn't important without him throughout the remainder of the episode. A shoplifter is seen running away, however he is stopped by a kick to the face by a man and beaten by him for hurting women. Police arrive on the scene and he is taken away by the girls in his group. Whilst getting away, he is noticed by Tom, who notifies Shizuo that the boss the Toramaru members he previously beat up, Rokujo Chikage may be here to confront him. However, Shizuo tells Tom, that he met him previously after being confronted by him for his attack on members of his gang. They get into a fight however, Shizuo beats him without much effort. In the chatroom, Mikado is pulled into private chat with Kida. Mikado asks Kida what the problem was. Kida tells Mikado not to go out during golden week as well as to make sure no one finds out his connection to the Dollars or that he's even a member at all. Kida goes on to say that Dollars is in danger but isn't sure what the reason is. Mikado is confused but agrees to lay low, trusting Kida's judgement (in truth, this was Izaya trying to manipulate Mikado by posing as Masaomi).
