Episode 21 Plot: Garrot informs Shiki and Homura of Valkyrie's renown in the labor district, but refuses to elaborate and transports them to the den of the Black Rock, Sun Jewel's most powerful Stone. Meanwhile, Nino reveals himself to be a benign agent of Madame Kurenai and allows Rebbeca's group to access the labor district. The group encounters Paul, a disciple of Valkyrie who possesses a B-Cube that contains the truth of Valkyrie's circumstances, which he is hesitant to reveal to Homura. Guided by Paul, Rebecca's group reunites with Shiki and Homura and helps them defeat the Black Rock. Although this fulfills the quota of metals displayed on Shiki and Homura's slave collars, the quotas immediately reset to their original value, instead of freeing them as they expect. Convinced of Homura's resolve, Paul removes the collars himself with his thievery Ether Gear and gives her the B-Cube. In the rich sector, Kurenai readies her satellite to eradicate the labor district in response to an impending uprising among Valkyrie's followers.
