Episode 31 Plot: Gintoki finds himself lying on the ground, witnessing the blue sky gradually changing into red. Losing consciousness at the spot, Gintoki is rushed to the hospital. Turns out while on his way to buy Jump magazine on his bike, Gintoki was hit by a car driver who was talking on his cell phone. Shipnachi and the others rush to the hospital to see the now-conscious Gintoki, but learn he has no recollection of his own self… In order to somehow return the now honest and likable Gintoki back to his “dullish” personality, Shinpachi and Kagura take him back to the Odd Jobs office. But despite their efforts there are no signs of his memory returning. To find other possible events that may trigger his memory, the Odd Jobs wander through the streets of Edo but…
