Episode 97 Plot: Fudo tells Kenshiro how the Nanto Five Chariot Stars saved Yuria, who had survived the destruction of Southern Cross. They gained Shin's approval to protect her from Ken-Oh, before Shin took the blame for her death. Ken then rushes towards the Nanto Capital with greater urgency to protect Yuria. Meanwhile, Juza refuses to reveal the identity of the Last General to Ken-Oh. Juza fights until he is finally killed by Ken-Oh, who then grants him a gracious burial. Following Juza's death, Ken-Oh deduces that Yuria is the Last General, and he and Ken separately race against each other to reach the Nanto Capital.
