Episode 7 Plot: Weather was Pucci's fraternal twin brother, Domenico, who was switched at birth in 1972 by a mother who lost her child and was raised as Wes Bluemarine. When Pucci decided to pursue priesthood at the age of 15, he meets Dio one night in the church, who cures his disfigured foot and gives him a Stand arrow. He later discovers his twin is alive as Weather's adoptive mother confessed to him and that his younger sister, Perla, was dating Wes. Unable to tell her due to his priestly obligations, Pucci hires a P.I. group to force them to break up. However, the group was affiliated with the Ku Klux Klan and decided to beat and lynch Wes after learning his adoptive mother's husband was African-American. Though he barely survives, Perla assumes he died and commits suicide. The tragedy sends Pucci into despair and causes the arrow to pierce him, resulting in both twins developing their Stands. Weather's rage at Pucci's actions and his inability to kill himself causes his Stand to go haywire and turns several of the townsfolk into snails. Pucci confronts him and uses Whitesnake to remove Weather's memories before sending him to prison. The tragic events inspired Pucci to seek out Dio and eventually become his disciple.
