Ciel's mention of Derrick causes a suspicious reaction from the P4, making Ciel even more determined to uncover the truth. Further inquiries among students and staff yield only the repeated explanation that the headmaster decided the transfers. Frustrated, Ciel devises a plan with Sebastian to set a fire in Violet Wolf dormitory to force all students, including Derrick, to come out. They hope this will provide the breakthrough they need in their investigation.
