Episode 21 Plot: Lisa is surprised to find out that Otani wants to go to college. Will they be split apart by this? The topic of the future was starting to cause subtle rifts amongst all the friends. Nobuko plans to go to Hokkaido for junior college. This means that it would put a big distance between herself and Nakao. When she realizes that Nakao really doesn't want to be separated from her, Nobuko questions her own plans. Seeing this, Nakao puts on a poor act, trying to convice Nobuko to go to Hokkaido. Taking his kindness to heart, Nobuko decides to stay committed to her plans, for the sake of Nakao as well. At the airport, Nakao and Nobuko reconfirm their feelings for each other. Lisa and Otani are relieved as they are assured these two will be fine.
