Episode 1079 Plot: In Mary Geoise, the Five Elders learn of the defeat of two Emperors, as well as the liberation of the Land of Wano. They recognize the return of Nika in the form of Luffy. They also discuss that Zunesha had left departed from Wano and that since the country's borders are still closed they can't invade it. They order a remaining CP0 agent to capture Robin, but their Tansponder Snail transmission is hijacked. Drake and Hawkins, both gravely injured during the raid, have a brief conversation. Hawkins asks Drake if he's a Marine, but he refuses to answer. Hawkins reveals he foresaw Kaido's defeat, but was too prideful to turn back to Kid after betraying him the first time. He then admits that the man he foresaw having a 1% chance of surviving throughout the raid was himself, before he collapses. A week after the raid, morning arrives in the Land of Wano and its citizens continue to celebrate their liberation from Orochi. Schoolchildren are retaught the country's history through the lens of Oden, as citizens discuss that the man who defeated Kaido was someone named Joy Boy. They believe that he has already left the country, even compared his heroism to "Sword God" Ryuma and the Akazaya Nine make plans to construct a temple for Oden and bury Yasuie, Ashura and Izo in Ringo. When Luffy and Zoro awaken after a week of sleep. After reunited with Momonosuke (who they initially don't recognize since he became an adult), they celebrate with members of the alliance in the bathhouse. In Tokage Port, as Franky finishes repairing the Thousand Sunny and General Franky, Kid and Law are informed by Apoo of their updated bounties and the new Four Emperors now that Kaido and Big Mom have fallen. Meanwhile, Marine Admiral Ryokugyu approaches the Land of Wano, Sakazuki ordering him not to cause a commotion.
