Episode 1 Plot: Momotaro Tsurugi enrols at Otokojuku and meets the other First Year students. They have to undergo a physical test through a wooden maze just to get to the school itself. Disgusted at the food they receive Togashi Gengi convinces Tazawa Ippei, Matsuo Taio, Tsubakiyama Kiyomi and Momotaro to escape to his uncle's restaurant. Only Togashi and Tazawa make it there, but are also captured, and get to sample punishment by the Otokojuku Spirit Discipline Rod.
