Episode 1 Plot: Loran Cehack, Keith Laije and Fran Doll, agents of the Moonrace head to Earth on a FLAT mobile suit, landing in North Ameria. Loran, heading out on his own nearly drowns in the river but is saved by Kihel and Sochie Heim, daughters of a local mine owner. 2 years pass, and Loran has become driver for the Heim family and meets politician Guin Sard Rhineford, who is working on building up the local military. Loran is reunited with Keith and Fran, who are working as a baker and freelance reporter respectively. Worried that the FLAT may be discovered, Loran sneaks out to see it at night and is followed by Sochie.
